The Strategy for greening the island, is a three pronged strategy focused on the Principles the Priorities and Pathways that a re governed by a set of principles, five to be exact. At the centre of these principles is well being. Well being , because people are essential for the sustainability of any project and for this project is people centered in order to create genuine shared prosperity noting that growing wealth will support well being. The justice principle, notes that economy promotes equity within and between generations, so this argues for inclusive and non discriminatory.
